Many of our staff members are ex-chefs, who have joined Martin's Seafoods after using our products in their restaurants. Our staff are passionate about good food, and knowledgeable about the variety of seafood available in Australia. They are all highly experienced, undergoing continual professional training to keep up to date with the latest processing methods.
Martin is a committee member on the Fish Merchants Association of Australia, actively involved in negotiating better conditions for all merchants and for ongoing improvements in the seafood industry.
Furthermore, as part of our dedication to quality, Martin's Seafoods is certified with SafeFood NSW, a rigorous quality assurance scheme organised by the NSW government. This ensures the protection of consumers by implementing food safety systems across all sectors from production to consumer. All our staff work in accordance with SafeFood practices and we are continuously updating our premises and procedures to ensure food safety.
