Delivery
Take the hassle out of shopping and organise to have our fresh seafood delivered direct to your kitchen!
Deliveries can be arranged to the Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs, lower North Shore, and parts of the Northern Beaches.
Our friendly staff will deliver your seafood in insulated, SafeFood approved vehicles and delivery times can be organised.
To arrange a delivery, you must place your order one day prior to delivery, either by phone or by submitting an order form. A minimum order of $120.00 applies and we charge a delivery fee, depending on location.

What is the delivery charge?
Delivery charges are based on specified delivery zones as follows:
- Inner City: $33.00 (including GST)
- Northern Beaches: $55.00 (including GST): suburbs north of Manly to Palm Beach
When will my order be delivered?
Deliveries are subject to our normal delivery times in an all day window. We have dedicated drivers on the road from 6am, Monday to Saturday.
What if I'm not home to take delivery?
Please specify where we should leave your order if you are not home to accept delivery. If you have not advised us of delivery instructions, your order will be left at your front door and we take no responsibility for missing orders once delivered. If there is no place deemed appropriate to leave the order, we will return the order to our warehouse and await collection at your own arrangement. If you request that the order is to be redelivered on the next available day, an additional delivery fee will apply.
Can I change the delivery day?
Depending on the amount of notice, it may be possible to arrange a different delivery day or a cancellation and refund. Please contact us on (02) 9818 6998 to discuss special requirements and amendments. In the event where you make arrangements to collect your order from Fine Fish or Martin's Seafoods, the delivery charge will be refunded.
How is my order packed?
Your order is prepared by the packing team at Martin's Seafoods. Experienced seafood handlers will pack your selected items into a polystyrene box with ice and the invoice will be attached to the box.
Recycling: We love to recycle our poly boxes so on your next visit to Fine Fish, drop off your used boxes.
What if I find that an item is missing?
In the event where we do not have a product available, we will try to notify you to advise or discuss a substitute.
